Charity Dream Association is a non-profit collaboration of mission-driven initiatives. Launching and overseeing educational, community, and leadership programs.
Learning Beyond Academy *A candidacy School For International Accreditation* is a mission-minded, non-profit, full-time English academic program offering an international standards-based education for preschool through high school.
Shanghai Healing Home is a non-profit foster home Assisting the local Chinese Children‘s Welfare Institutes by providing pre and post-surgical care to abandoned Chinese orphan babies born with surgically correctable deformities. SHH provides a home-like environment that meets our babies’ physical, emotional and developmental needs.
Creative Arts Academy offers a unique program encompassing music, theater arts as well as fine arts. CAA’s aim is to produce passionate musicians, artists, performers, dancers, and singers of all ages, as well as to provide a platform required for performers to gain the experience needed to enrich the community through frequent performance and group collaboration.
English Language Studies is a 36-hour-course per level and with 2-hour lesson each week. Children ages 3 and above are given a placement test and assigned to a class appropriate for their level. The program has a task-based learning approach that encourages young learners to be engaged and confident as they use English language in a natural and meaningful way both in school and at home.

WORK LIFE EXPECTATIONS.
WORK ETHIC: We believe in working hard! We strive to create a culture where a healthy work ethic is expected and appreciated for the purpose accomplishing mission.
PAID LEAVE: We offer all staff annual general leave days, with additional leave granted during Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year.
HOLIDAY LEAVE: Our offices are closed during all official China Holidays. Lead Teachers are on leave from July to mid-August.
NEW PARENT PAID LEAVE: Charity Dream offers a three month paid pregnancy leave policy. We hope this will help make things a little easier for new parents and will provide the flexibility you’ll need to focus on the exciting new challenges of parenthood.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
❖ ENGLISH PART-TIME LEAD TEACHERS
-A bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Education, English/ESL/EFL
-A college diploma or demonstrated expertise in the field of English language teaching and instruction
-Certificate of completed training in TESOL (intensive level) or CELTA; or equivalence from legitimate and reputable training centers or schools is required;
-A recommendation letter from one of the most recent employer/s;
-A Minimum of two years classroom teaching experience for young learners and/or adult learners.
❖ FRONT DESK OFFICER
-College level or graduate
-Must be local Chinese
-Bilingual
-Pleasing personality
-Preferrably with customer service experience
❖ LEAD - PRESCHOOL, PRIMARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL - TEACHERS:
– Recommended 2 years teaching experience.
– Bachelors degree or above.
– Has teaching certification.
– Familiar with US standards.
– English is first language.
– USA salary standards.
– Travel cost covered.
– Mid-August start date.
❖LEARNING ASSISTANTS
– Associate degree or above, major in education or related course
– Teaching certificate is preferred
– Work experience in teaching or assisting in school, preferably
in an international school or with international students
– Proficient in English is preferred
❖ LEAD SPECIALS TEACHERS
- PE, CHINESE, ENGLISH, ART, MUSIC
- Min of 2 years teaching experience
- Bachelor degree or above, with major in education or related
- Has teaching certification
- Familiar with US PE standards
- Responsible for all the PE classes from Kindergarten to High school,
and after school PE program
❖ LEAD - MUSIC/DRAMA/DANCE - TEACHERS (on hourly basis)
- music teacher: proficient in piano, guitar, bass, drums, Chinese and other
instruments.
- drama teacher: at least 2-year experience in teaching drama
- dance teachers: at least 2-year experience in teaching dance
