At Community Connect Church we hold the Presence of God and the Word of God in the highest esteem. Through keeping Christ at the center of our life we will be effective in displaying the love of God towards one another through acts of discipleship, caring and serving.

Community Connect Church
is an English and Chinese, life-giving church with an emphasis on passionate worship and the Word of God with the mission to R.E.A.C.H.
Mission reach:
Mission REACH is focused on Reaching the lost, Equiping the body, Activating our gifts, Connecting the body of Christ, and bringing the Healing power of Christ with an end goal of making disciples who will become devoted followers of Christ.
Growth Journey
This starting point discipleship series is designed to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus and begin to understand His purpose for your life. On the Growth Journey, you will spend approximately 20 hours, in 7-sessions, diving into what it looks like to follow Jesus, be connected to the church, discover your purpose, learn important Bible truths, and then begin making a difference with your life.
Connect Groups
Connect groups are discipleship platforms, lead by Core teams, where believers and seekers can be connected, discuss and learn the Word of God, activate our ministry giftings, and care for the others. Everyone is welcome to join a connect group near you.
equip school of ministry
Equip School of Ministry will soon be launching. ESOM Mission is to equip men and women in the Bible, pastoring, worship leading, church ministry, administration, and works of service. Equip’s goal is to send equipped ministers to every major city in China and Taiwan to evangelize the lost, make disciples and build churches.

Our Pastor James and Christina Weidner have a combined 36 years of Pastoral ministry in ASIA and the USA. In 2009 the Weidner's launched Charity Dream Shanghai (CDS). CDS has launched a variety of non-profit, educational, community, and life-giving initiatives that are thriving in Shanghai today. After 8 years in Shanghai the Weidners are expanding the work to neighboring English and Chinese speaking cities starting with Taipei. It is the Weidner’s dream to raise up churches andleaders in the body of Christ who will be equipped to fulfill the great commission. Learn more about the Weidner's.
