ELS Program Administrator - Greetings! My name is Ms. Cecilia, a licensed teacher from the Philippines. I would love to hear your feedback on our English Language Studies to help us teach your children better!  I’ve been teaching multi-cultural and diverse classes for the past 20 years. My expertise is teaching young learners and adults English as a second language (ESL), English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and Business English. I designed a project-based learning on English language and literature lessons back in 2006 that gained global recognitions by Microsoft during the awarding ceremony in the Worldwide Innovative Teacher’s Forum in Philadelphia USA, and by (ISTE) International Society for Technology in Education in Georgia Atlanta USA. I’ve also published a journal on The Effectiveness of Telecollaborative Learning Activities on Students’ Performance in English is published on http://www.rcetj.org/index.php/rcetj/article/view/65.

ELS Customer Care Coordinator - Hi, I’m Iris from Shanghai. I used to be a kindergarten teacher. I also had working experience in the EF for 4 years. I joined Charity Dream Shanghaisince October 2015. My expertise is Customer Care Specialist. I like hiking, listening to music and reading. I can’t wait to meet more wonderful students in the ELS!

ELS TEACHER - Hi! I’m Ms. Lilibeth Crisostomo Virtudazo with a Bachelor of Elementary Education degree and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education. I’m a licensed teacher from the Philippines. I’ve been teaching for 13 years both in private and in public schools and presently teaching as K5 Lead Teacher in Learning Beyond Academy. I used to lead the Philippine Reading Inventory Program in our region designed for slow and non-readers as a remedial reading intervention. I’m committed, compassionate and competent in teaching young minds.

ELS TEACHER - My Name is Jennifer Mallare – Pimentel with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education with credited units in Pre-school and Elementary school. I graduated from Baguio Central University in the Philippines in 2003 and have taken TESOL/TEFL in 2010. I have been teaching ESL kids in Shanghai China since 2008.  I specialize teaching Kindergarten. Sunday School was my training ground and it helped me gain more confidence in handling little kids. Seeing my students develop gives me the satisfaction in teaching.

ELS TEACHER -  My name is Divina Lepi. My friends and colleagues including my students call me Divine. I’m from the Philippines and been teaching in Shanghai, China for almost 5 years. I have 3 years teaching experience in Montessori Kindergarten. I am passionate with my chosen craft and motivated to give my best each time. I am also inclined to musical instruments, a passion I love to share with my students. I am an outgoing person and have deep appreciation to nature. It is my belief that to be able to understand the mind of our young ones, we also have to be a kid at heart.
