Tithe of seed and fruit

Leviticus 27:30 “Every tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is the Lord's; it is holy to the Lord.

Tithe of seed. Seed represents something that can become something greater. A seed becomes a the embodiment of what it was created to be. Once the seed is given to the Lord it has it's created ability to reproduce plus the additional blessing of the Lord to increase it's multiplication potential. Multiplied seed potential is the result of our sowing once we begin a lifestyle of sowing more than only the required 10% (tithe). Our seed is all our giving over the tithe.

When we bring a tithe of our fruit (fruit is the results of our hard work) we are ensuring the continued blessing and provision of God. The tithe of our fruit is a required portion to keep ourselves in right standing with God. The tithe keeps our assets protected and families with all the basic provisions of life.

In conclusion our tithe is for gaining and maintaining the blessing of the Lord and our seed is to multiply these blessings in our lives.
